Shipping Policy
Shipping options at checkout:
1. Basic Shipping, i.e.Postage and Packaging, is priced at £5.95.
2. There is a charge of £0.60 the cost of a first class stamp on our gift vouchers.
Parcels are sent via the Royal Mail standard parcel service and all deliveries are sent recorded therefore will require a signature unless instructed by the customer.
3. We can also arrange a private courier service for you.
4. You can also use our UPS shipment calculator, this takes into account your geographic location and the weight of your order to be shipped worldwide.
The total can be viewed at time of checkout before payment is required.
We will notify you once your order has been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch products within 7 working days, unless otherwise stated in the product information.
Return & Exchange Policy
Cancellation:
The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of receipt of the Goods. If the order is cancelled within this period the Customer must return the Goods to the Company immediately at the Customer’s own cost. If any of the returned Goods have been damaged or used the Company may at its discretion still charge the full purchase price.
Damage or defects:
The customer must inform us within 10 days of any damage or defect to the goods. The goods are to be returned with a cash receipt and upon inspection for damage that amount will be refunded. We will not accept damage in relation to glass, as per the pre-purchase warnings.
