Yes, absolutely. To cut the right size mount for you, we need to measure in millimetres (mm) - 1. The width and length of the frame from the back, within the rebate, that will give us the correct frame size. 2. The image size, we will cut your mount 5mm smaller them the size you gave us, so the image can sit nicely underneath the mount. Bespoke mount services are ready for collection within 2 working days. If you are not confident in measuring the frame and image yourself, you are welcome to bring it to the shop and we will do it for you.

Yes, of course. You have the option of just having the glass. if you are not happy putting it together, we can refit it for you, there will be a charge for this service, and the cost is based on the size of the frame. Give us a call and we can quote you over the phone.

We do not call customer unless there is an issue or delay with the framing. If we haven't contacted you, your frame will be ready on the date stated on the top on the white slip we gave you. If you have lost the slip, you are welcome to call and we will try to locate your frame for you.

These are complete frames that have glass, backing and fittings and allow the customer to fit their own picture. These frames are made to pre-made standard sizes and can include a mount board. For those that contain mountboards, the size stated will be for the aperture (whole in the board) as this is where the customers image will go and not the frame size.

We do minor repairs, but we can't take it in without looking at it. Bring it to us and we'll have have a look at it, there is no obligation.

Bespoke framing will have more variants than a ready made frame, so without going through the process of choosing a frame, mount, etc; we are unable to give you an accurate quote. We can give you a very rough starting price, but we strongly advise that you come in to have a consultation so we can give you a proper quote, there is no obligation.

We don't print it ourselves but we always recommend Minuteman Press in Bath. We can also coordinate to get your print delivered to us for framing. Go to our quote page and send us the file you require quoting and we'll get back to you.

We don't print the images ourselves, but we have partnered up with Minuteman Press to offer a smooth process between printing your image to getting it framed. All you have to do is send us the image to be printed and they will print it and send it to us. We will contact you as soon as it's here so you can come in to choose the frame.
